Over a decade at the helm of Cyprus’ leading luxury property developer – the company behind landmark projects like The Oval, Limassol Marina, Trilogy Limassol Seafront, and a member of the Lanitis Group – Michalis Hadjipanayiotou has played a key role in changing the face of Limassol. He is the CEO of Cybarco Development Ltd, the Chairman of The Cyprus Land and Building Developers' Association and a Director on various Boards. With more than twenty years of leadership experience across multiple industries, and a track record of successfully balancing stakeholder interests, he has driven the sales, marketing, and business development for pioneering developments in Cyprus and multinational corporations like Pepsico International and Procter & Gamble. In the launch episode of “Destination Cyprus”, Michalis shares his personal journey back home to Cyprus, his thoughts on the country’s benefits and potential, his insights on the real estate sector, as well as the challenges we have faced and continue to encounter along the way.
